What are the shipping costs within The Netherlands?
All orders on demooistemuren.nl will be delivered for free in the Netherlands with PostNL. For International shipping, see below.
What is the expected delivery time? *
Most of our wallpaper is delivered directly from the manufacturer, which are often located outside the Netherlands. The delivery time depends on the wallpaper brand(s) you order. You can find an estimated delivery time on the product page of the wallpaper.
* Please note: Due to the corona virus and Brexit (for our English brands), the delivery time may be longer than specified on our website. The delivery time can take up to 2-3 weeks. If this causes any problems, you can email or call us on 0031 23 531 90 08.
Can I also pick up my order in Haarlem?
Yes, you can choose 'free pick up in the store in Haarlem' at checkout. Your order will then be delivered to the De Mooiste Muren store within the regular delivery time. The address is: Zijlstraat 83, 2011TM in Haarlem.
Can I track my order?
At the moment, It is not possible yet to track your order. Keep the expected delivery time for an estimated delivery date.
How quickly will I receive my wallpaper samples?
We do not charge shipping costs for wallpaper samples within The Netherlands. If you order samples from different brands or suppliers, keep in mind that you will not receive all wallpaper samples at the same time. The delivery time of the samples is currently about 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the brand.
We do not ship outside of the EEA (European Economic Area). Sorry for the inconvenience.
Our International Standard Shipping have different costs. Please consult us if you have any questions. International delivery can vary up to 15 days. Most of our wallpaper is delivered directly from the manufacturer, which are often located outside the Netherlands. The delivery time depends on the wallpaper brand(s) you order.
If you are unsatisfied with your wallpaper or if it's damaged you can apply for a return. Our return policy depends on the situation and we therefore kindly ask you to always call or email us first with an explanation of the situation.
- If the wallpaper is damaged, we will refund your complete order.
- We have to make custom order at the manufacturer for every wallpaper that's ordered. For that reason De Mooiste Muren can't refund in case you are not satisfied. To avoid this situation, we always recommend ordering a sample. However, every situation is unique and we always look for a suitable solution in close consultation with the customer.
- In case of a return, the wallpaper must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days after ordering.
