'Bachelors Button', a monochromatic depiction of cornflowers (known in folklore as Bachelor's Buttons as they were worn by enamored young men), was designed by Morris in 1892. The Design Studio recreated the design in four neutral colors and three richer tones , which stuck together on Morris's simple scheme that includes only three colors.
